Exercise by Trainer. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 10:00am-11:00am. Trainer, Laura Johns, from the Wellness Center give a high energy hour long workout designed with seniors in mind. Cost: $30/month.

Line dancing

Tuesdays (Intermediate Class) 10:30 am - 11:30 am. Thursdays (Beginners Class) 10:30 am - 11:30 am. A fun and entertaining way to get in those extra steps and a great workout. Instructor Diane Mayer.

Yoga

Mondays 10:00am-11:00am. Trained Instructor Michael Perkola. Cost: $15/per class.

Tai Chi

Tuesday 3:00pm-4:00pm. Slow, calming exercise for balance and core strength.

Guided Meditation

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 1:15pm-2:00pm. Instructor Francine Richter. Meditation can lower blood pressure, restore balance to the digestive system, relax the nervous system, relieve muscle tension, diminish headaches, relieve insomnia, and much more.

Step & Stretch

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:15am-9:45am. Audio exercise class. Low impact. Good for balance and for those looking to start an exercise routine.
