Exercise by Trainer. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 10:00am-11:00am. Trainer, Laura Johns, from the Wellness Center give a high energy hour long workout designed with seniors in mind. Cost: $30/month.

Line dancing

Tuesdays (Intermediate Class) 10:30 am - 11:30 am. Thursdays (Beginners Class) 10:30 am - 11:30 am. A fun and entertaining way to get in those extra steps and a great workout. Instructor Diane Mayer.

Senior Yoga for chair & floor

Wedesday 10:00am-11:00am. Trained Instructor Mariah Malec. Cost: $11/per class. Mariah has been teaching yoga for over 13 years. She is certified in Kripalu Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Yoga for backcare. This class is designed for seniors with beginner or intermediate yoga experience using a mat and translated the same poses seated in a chair for those who feel getting up and down from the floor is a challenge.

Knopp nursing & rehab program

4th Tuesday 11:30am-12:00pm. Light excercise before lunch in our dining room. Great activity to increase range of motion and balance.

Tai Chi

Tuesday 3:00pm-4:00pm. Slow, calming exercise for balance and core strength.

Guided Meditation

Wednesday & Friday 1:00pm-2:00pm. Instructor Francine Richter. Meditation can lower blood pressure, restore balance to the digestive system, relax the nervous system, relieve muscle tension, diminish headaches, relieve insomnia, and much more.

Step & Stretch

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:15am-9:45am. Audio exercise class. Low impact. Good for balance and for those looking to start an exercise routine.
